We’re hiring a Production Lead to join our catering & commissary team. Reporting to the Commissary Operations Manager, you’ll lead daily prep and production for catering and wholesale, helping us deliver consistently great food with efficiency and care.

Requirements:
- 5+ years kitchen experience
- Driver’s license (clean record)
- Strong communicator & organized
- Culinary training preferred
- Foodsafe Level 1
- Experience in catering a plus
- Experience in baking a plus
