Position Overview
We are seeking hardworking and dependable Pool Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This is an outdoor, hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and working independently while delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential and commerical swimming pools and hot tubs
- Test and balance pool and spa water chemistry
- Add and handle necessary chemicals safely
- Identify and report maintenance or repair issues
- Notify the Service Manager of any unresolved pool or hot tub concerns
- Ensure job sites are clean and orderly before leaving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles
- Clean and restock your work vehicle daily
- Accurately complete daily service reports and paperwork
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time-management abilities
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license
- Previous pool maintenance experience is an asset, but training can be provided
