Overview
Cornerstone Engineering Ltd. is a mid-sized engineering and project management company providing professional services to the oil and gas industry in Western Canada. We are presently looking for a Senior Process Engineering Lead to join our growing team. If you are someone with 10+ years of process engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, have exceptional communication, experience leading and managing a team, are highly self-motivated, and possess a strong desire to learn and be challenged continually, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Lead and manage a team of process engineers
- Collaborating with other engineers, designers, and project managers of various disciplines, to ensure exceptional execution and design of wellsite facilities, pipelines, compressor stations, gas plants, and conventional oil facilities.
- Ensure appropriate use of specifications and procedures.
- Proven ability to meet and collaborate with clients to provide exceptional process expertise and solutions.
- Participate in HAZOPs, design reviews and other sessions with other disciples to review technical issues and provide input into process operability.
- Provide technical & engineering support to the operations and engineering teams.
- Work with various discipline leads (electrical, instrumentation and mechanical).
- Liaising with Project Managers, Clients, Vendors.
- Holding regular team meetings and mentoring junior staff.
- Estimate development support, including discipline specific’s input as required.
- Review and assist in the development of DBMs, Control Narratives, Shutdown Keys and other engineering documents.
- Prepare, review and/or check process calculations made during the course of a project.
- Prepare project study reports to document findings for the client.
- Minimum 10 years of Process Engineering experience.
- Chemical Engineering degree with P.Eng. designation for Alberta.
- Working knowledge of process design software such as Symmetry, HYSIS and ProMax.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide mentoring, guidance and delegation of work to team members.

Pay: $250,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
