Responsibilities
- Safely transport appliances from our warehouse to customer locations, adhering to safety protocols and delivery schedules
- Install appliances accurately according to manufacturer specifications and schematics, ensuring proper functioning
- Conduct thorough appliance repairs or adjustments as needed during installation or upon customer request
- Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to facilitate correct setup and troubleshooting
- Assemble appliances when required, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to complete delivery logs, installation reports, and safety documentation efficiently
Requirements
- Proven electrical experience and mechanical knowledge to handle diverse appliance models and systems (Training to be provided)
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair, assembly, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Physical ability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform manual tasks over extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential
