We’re Hiring: AI Operations & Content Coordinator
Snyder’s Farm and Fear Farm are looking for an organized, resourceful and digitally savvy person who is excited to help modernize how our business operates.
This role blends AI implementation, business operations, content creation and high-trust executive support into one exciting position. You’ll find practical ways to use AI, improve communication across the business, build better internal systems and bring our social media management in-house.
We care far more about what you can do than where you learned to do it. You might come from executive support, content creation, digital marketing, operations, freelancing or entrepreneurship, or you may be completely self-taught.
What matters most is that you are curious, capable and passionate about finding smarter ways to work.
This is a temporary or seasonal position with the potential for full-time work for the right person. Pay is between $18 and $25 per hour, depending on experience.
What You’ll Do
- Use AI to improve administration, communication, onboarding, training, documentation and recurring tasks
- Research, test and implement new AI tools as technology evolves
- Identify inefficiencies and develop practical, technology-supported solutions that improve how the business operates
- Build useful systems, automations, checklists and internal processes that make work easier
- Plan, film, edit and publish social media content for Snyder’s Farm and Fear Farm
- Manage community engagement across our social media channels
- Improve communication between the office, shop, management team and seasonal employees
- Keep projects, meetings, follow-ups and priorities organized
- Provide reliable executive and administrative support, including managing email, calendars, documents and daily office tasks

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in real workflows
- Ability to learn, evaluate and implement new software quickly
- Experience creating and editing short-form content for social media
- A good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and writing abilities
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Reliable transportation to our farm
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Make, Notion, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, project management tools or digital marketing platforms.
