As a Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT), you play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that all instruments and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sterility, and readiness.

Duties
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and equipment
- Assemble surgical packs for a variety of procedures
- Monitor and document sterilization processes
- Maintain reprocessing equipment and supplies
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking surgical processing supplies
- Track and count implants to ensure accuracy and availability
- Maintain a clean, organized reprocessing and surgical support area
- Support clinical teams by ensuring timely instrument availability
- Support surgical suite turnover by removing instruments, restocking supplies and preparing rooms for the next procedure
What We’re Looking For
- MDRT certification or equivalent training
- Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control practices
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Hospital or veterinary experience is an asset
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
