Job Summary
We are a n established, family focused, multi-location company operating across wholesale, retail, and online sales channels. With a strong physical presence and new but growing e-commerce platform, we are seeking a hands-on IT / SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to support and scale our digital operations and marketing content creation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both technical systems and marketing performance, with a direct impact on revenue growth.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, supporting internal IT needs, and driving digital traffic and sales performance.
You will work closely with sales and management to create marketing material and improve website performance, search rankings, digital campaigns, and internal systems efficiency.
Duties
SEO & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Perform keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO improvements
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Optimize product listings and content for e-commerce performance
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Create and manage email marketing, social media, and content campaigns
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic for multiple company websites and a burgeoning E commerce site (Shopify).
- Collaborate with sales team and management to create marketing material.
Website & E-Commerce Management
- Maintain and update company websites (products, pricing, content)
- Coordinate with developers or vendors for technical improvements
- Manage integrations (inventory systems, CRM, or sales platforms)
IT Support & Systems
- Provide basic internal IT support (hardware, software, user access)
- Troubleshoot network, system, and software issues across multiple locations
- Maintain and support business systems (POS, inventory, cloud services)
- Assist with implementation of new systems or tools as the company grows (NetSuite)
Experience
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and utilizing Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and HTML coding.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with budgeting for digital advertising campaigns to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Prior experience working within an e-commerce environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement. Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
