We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Experience in cashiering and handling transactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food service.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
