DZ Driver – Oakville (Full-Time)
Location: Oakville, ON (Winston Churchill & QEW area)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Time: Between 5:30AM – 8:00 AM
Hours: 9–12 hours per day (based on volume)
Pay Rate: $26.63 – $27.16 per hour
About the Role
APPS Transport Group is currently seeking an experienced DZ Driver to join our Oakville Terminal team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving the delivery of alcohol products to retail locations, restaurants, businesses, and residential customers.This position operates in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a reliable, professional driver who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products safely and efficiently to various customer locations
- Handle physical loading and unloading of freight (alcohol deliveries)
- Operate power tailgates and electric walkies
- Complete daily routes, including downtown deliveries when required
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Requirements
- Valid DZ License with a minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Experience with physical delivery work (required)
- Knowledge of power tailgates and electric walkies
- Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
- Strong knowledge of GTA routes (downtown experience is an asset)
- Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a high-volume environment
