We are seeking a Knowledge and Change Enablement Analyst to join our Technical Delivery team in Vancouver, BC. This role is the knowledge and governance backbone of IREN’s HPC infrastructure delivery and IOC operations who will own end-to-end lifecycle of SOPs, runbooks and change enablement support across the organization to ensure every delivery and operational activity is documented, pre-approved and audit ready as well as seeing to the knowledge base structure and maintenance of the repository.
Working directly under the Sr. Manager, Technical Delivery sitting at the intersection of knowledge management and change enablement. The Knowledge & Change Enablement Analyst ensures that IREN’s SOP library is current and CAB-ratified, the Knowledge base is maintained and reviewed which will be available to both delivery and operations teams. They will also champion the Change Enablement framework is consistently applied across all of IOC activities supporting IREN’s ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance posture at every stage.

- The expected base salary for this role starts at CAD$85,000 - 105,000/annum.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.
- Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive)
