Student Counselor & Content Creator (Nigerian Market)

We are expanding our presence in the Nigerian market and are looking for an energetic, confident, and camera-friendly team member to join us.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding study opportunities in Canada.
- Guide students through college and university selection.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Appear confidently on camera and represent the company professionally.
- Participate in live sessions, webinars, and Q&A events.
- Work closely with the admissions and immigration teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up notes.
- Meet monthly recruitment and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Nigerian background with a strong understanding of Nigerian student culture.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Experience creating social media videos is a major asset.
- Previous experience in education consulting, admissions, or student recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canadian colleges and universities is an asset (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using TikTok, Instagram Reels, and CapCut.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
- Sales or customer service experience.
