Do you have a passion for working with children? Do you like being a part of a positive workplace environment? Kare 4 Kids is seeking a motivated, experienced individual to fill the position of Supervisor at our Before and After School Program in Pilot Butte.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Provide full time management of the overall operation of a B&A Program
- Perform all administration duties
- Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all children
- Supervise, encourage, and motivate support staff
- Work with other Program Supervisors to create monthly programming
- Attend weekly staff meetings; hold individual program staff meetings as needed
- Create a sense of community and partnership with families of the program
- Liaison with school administrators
- AM/PM split shifts 6:45-9:00 am / 3:00-6:00 pm daily
- 11.25 flexible administration hours (weekly average approximately 37.5 hrs)
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory and administrative experience
- Experience working with children
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a high energy environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Strong and consistent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working indoors and out
- A Current First Aid certificate with CPR
- A completed clean Criminal Record Check
The position to begin August 4th, 2026 for training. First day of Program is September 2nd, 2026.
