Arnprior Regional Health is a 140-bed multi-site healthcare organization, located less than 30 minutes northwest of Ottawa and provides care across the continuum of Hospital acute care, Long-Term care, and Community-based services. We currently have an opportunity for a Temporary Full-Time Project Manager, HRIS Implementation and Accreditation until October 2027. Reporting to the VP Human Resources, the Project Manager, HRIS & Accreditation (Enterprise Transformation) is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of key enterprise initiatives aligned with Arnprior Regional Health’s strategic priorities. This role will be primarily focused on delivery of the UKG HRIS implementation, Accreditation readiness, and EPIC EMR operational readiness.
In carrying out the above duties, the incumbent must be fully knowledgeable and committed to understanding and abiding by ARH’s mission, vision, and values while complying with applicable policies/procedures, including, but not limited to, the code of conduct, health and safety, confidentiality/privacy, risk management, and quality improvement.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Transformation Delivery
- Lead the delivery of core organizational priority initiatives, including UKG HRIS implementation, Accreditation readiness, EPIC EMR operational readiness, and other strategic or operational projects aligned with ARH priorities.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, operational capacity, and resource availability.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects across clinical, digital, infrastructure, and corporate initiatives, ensuring delivery through effective planning, execution, governance reporting, and executive updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners while managing project risks, issues, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and documentation to support successful project outcomes.
Digital & System Implementation Support
- Support the implementation of enterprise systems and digital initiatives, including workforce, clinical, and supporting technologies, to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Coordinate system configuration, testing, validation, implementation readiness, data integration, reporting development, and issue tracking activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with training material development, training delivery, end-user adoption, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization to support smooth transition and operational continuity.
Organizational Readiness & Accreditation Support
- Lead and support organizational readiness initiatives, including Accreditation activities, quality improvement priorities, and compliance with Required Organizational Practices (ROPs).
- Coordinate timelines, action plans, and readiness activities across programs and departments while monitoring progress and ensuring supporting documentation and evidence are prepared.
- Support corporate and program-level data collection, analysis, and reporting, including surveys, performance indicators, and other organizational reporting requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Engage and collaborate with clinical leaders, operational leaders, physicians, and corporate teams to support successful transformation initiatives and alignment on project objectives.
- Support organizational change management through effective stakeholder communication, training, and adoption of new systems, workflows, and operational processes.
Governance & Reporting
- Develop and maintain project governance structures, tools, and reporting frameworks to support effective oversight and decision-making.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, financials, and performance while supporting enterprise prioritization and sequencing initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership and governance committees.
Financial & Resource Management
- Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures while supporting procurement processes, vendor management, and contract oversight.
- Ensure effective use of resources and identify opportunities for efficiency.
Professional Practice & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in project management, healthcare transformation, and digital health.
- Contribute to building project and transformation capability within ARH.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications:
Education
- University Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Education or certification in Project Management or Change Management required (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Agile, Lean)
- Clinical background, formal clinical training, or demonstrated experience working in clinical environments (e.g., acute care, long-term care, ambulatory care) considered a strong asset.
- Postgraduate education or equivalent experience considered an asset.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream projects or portfolios in healthcare or a comparable environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and digital health systems.
- Demonstrated experience in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working within formal project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners.
- Confidence in providing advice and constructive challenge at senior level.
- Considerable experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Experience of dealing with complex/sensitive issues.

Salary range: $119,301.00 to $134,082.00
