The President of the company, Mr. Kafeel Chaudhry, has been associated with the top projects in the GTA and has been part of major real estate developments including High-rise/Mid-rise Condominiums, Custom Homes, Large- Scale Residential and Mixed-Use Developments for 20+Years.
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Realtors, Real Estate Agents, or Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our reputable real estate team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and referrals
- Coordinate property management activities when necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or related customer service roles is preferred .
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully
- Excellent marketing skills to effectively promote listings and attract clients
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client populations
- Familiarity with property management tools and administrative processes is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable for serving a broader client base
