Purpose of this position:
To perform various construction tasks with emphasis on painting, as well as assisting with construction projects in a manner that does not interfere with the quiet and relaxation of the guests at Ste. Anne’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for paint
- Painting/staining fences, decks, siding, windows and doors
- Assist the construction team where required
- Keep job sites clean and as respectful of quiet spaces as possible
- Safe use and understanding of power tools such as saws, drills, hand tools, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Capable of lifting 50-100lbs on a regular basis
- Wear all recommended PPE, such as safety boots, gloves, eye protection, and fall protection as necessary when working on projects
- Monday to Friday availability, and willing to occasionally come in early or stay late to meet significant project deadlines
- 1 year of relevant experience
