Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Follow phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels
- Support inventory management and restocking efforts as needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or cashiering preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette
- Sales-driven attitude with a focus on upselling and achieving targets
- Familiarity with technology sales, product knowledge, or technical sales is advantageous
- Multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele are highly desirable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $15.90-$17.50 per hour
