We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Occupational Health and Safety - Coordinator to join our team reporting to the Special Advisor to the President & CEO.
Responsibilities:
Help with updating hazard assessments, Health and Safety Binders and Records, etc.
Ensuring eye waah stations have the proper eye wash materials;
Ensuring that hazards of the month posters are posted;
Ensuring that first aide kits have the proper contents as listed on the inside cover of the first aide kit;
Filing various documents into proper OHS Binders.
Requires excellent organization, time management and attention to detail. Good typing and data entry skills.
All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:
- A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
