Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks equipped with forklifts when necessary, to transport goods between locations
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other heavy items using proper lifting techniques and forklift equipment when applicable
- Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage or accidents
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about delivery times and addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and inventory documentation throughout each shift
- Assist with warehouse organization by moving items within storage areas as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to guarantee safe driving practices at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in moving services or warehouse operations is highly preferred
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate licensing for operating large vehicles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a strong advantage; certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics processes will be beneficial

Pay: $17.82-$28.26 per hour
