We are seeking a motivated Junior Hair Assistant to join our dynamic salon team. Duties
- Assist senior stylists with hair styling, washing, applying toners, applying color, blow drying, and basic treatments to ensure smooth salon operations
- Greet clients at the front desk, providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent communication to ensure clients feel valued and comfortable during their visit
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is beneficial but not mandatory
