GENERAL LABOURER
Gorham Real Estate/Fredericton Rentals Ltd./Premiere Suites Fredericton is currently seeking talented individuals interested in a General Laborer position with our well-established and fast-growing company.
***Please note: This position falls in Tier 5 under the National Occupation Code (NOC) and does not qualify for a Permanent Resident (PR) application.
Position Summary:
The primary goal of the Fredericton Rentals Ltd General Laborer is to assist all of our departments in all aspects of Residential Property Management, primarily groundskeeping and exterior facilities.
Some duties include, but are not limited to:
- Construction Clean-up/Demolition
- Landscaping / Groundskeeping
- Snow Removal
- Trucking and moving
- Groundskeeping small projects

Our head office is located at 25 Waggoners Lane. Our properties are located in the downtown, uptown and Northside of Fredericton.
Requirements include:
- Clean criminal record check provided prior to commencing work
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for use during working hours
- Ability to work late, weekends and evenings when needed
- Flexibility to handle emergency on call response if required
- Cell phone with data (will be compensated for use)
