Housekeeping Supervisor – Seasonal
Job Description
Join our team this summer and help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for our guests. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to lead our housekeeping team while helping maintain our guest cottages and shared spaces to a high standard.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, support team members, and ensure cottages are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
Inspect cottages and common areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
Clean and sanitize guest cottages and shared spaces
Make beds and refresh linens and towels
Replenish guest amenities and supplies
Shadow, train, and onboard new housekeeping staff
Provide guidance and support to team members to maintain consistent service standards
Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and workflow organization when needed
Assist with inventory management, including tracking housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities
Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly
Help create a positive and welcoming environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or housekeeping supervisory experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Leadership and team coordination skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation and ability to commute by personal vehicle
