Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Grounds Person to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor and indoor spaces. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-kept environment by performing cleaning tasks and maintenance activities. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of indoor facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain outdoor grounds by picking up garbage and sweeping.
- Use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruners, and brooms for gardening and groundskeeping tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds for hazards or maintenance needs and report or address issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to groundskeeping tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $17.60-$23.00 per hour
