Position Details:
Availability: Must be available weekends and flexible weekday shifts
Hours: 15-25 hours/week depending on season
Compensation: $18.50 - $21.00/hour (based on experience) + tips + studio discounts
Location: Peterborough, ON (in-person only)

The Studio Supervisor is accountable for the studio’s success: leading the team, managing schedules, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead studio staff (2-5 people)
- Hire and onboard new staff members
- Oversee time tracking and schedule
- Proactively manage studio operations
Sales & Studio Performance
- Drive studio sales performance
- Manage bookings, events, and capacity
- Create strong customer experience
- Support strategic decisions and studio growth initiatives
Operations
- Open and close the studio independently
- Collaborate with marketing team on content creation
- Manage inventory, supplies, and kiln firing
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
