Job Duties:
· Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests
· Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or to serve to guests
· Collect payment for beverages and record sales
· Maintain and document inventory, by performing opening and closing counts for bar or concession.
· Ensure to request bar stock when needed
· Ensure bar area or concession is clean including glassware
· Ensure to comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation
· Ensure to check identification of guests
· Report any incidents to management
Requirements
· Smart Serve Certification
· Bartending experience is an asset
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Ability to stand for long periods
