In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that engage audiences, strengthen our brand, and drive measurable results. The position requires strategic thinking mixed with a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate closely with external partners and store teams to create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals, spanning brand, digital, engagement, and retail touchpoints. Translate company objectives into actionable plans and campaigns.
2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and mentor the marketing team as it grows. Work closely with store leadership, operations, merchandising, and creative partners to ensure alignment on priorities.
3. Brand & Creative Direction
Guide the development of high-quality content and visuals. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand expression across all platforms.
4. Community & Customer Experience Integration
Ensure marketing efforts support store traffic, customer lifecycle goals, and a cohesive online-to-offline experience. Maintain visibility into store trends, customer sentiment, and retail needs.
5. Events, Partnerships & PR Support
Work with internal and external partners to support events, activations, and PR opportunities that build brand awareness and customer engagement.
6. Budget, Planning & Performance Management
Lead reporting on KPIs, channel performance, customer insights, and campaign results, delivering clear analysis and strategic recommendations to the executive team. Own overall marketing performance across both organic and paid channels, driving growth in traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Strategic planning and analytical skills
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary initiatives and teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of and passion for fashion, retail, resale, and/or luxury consumer markets.
- Experience using content creation and marketing platforms such as Canva, Klaviyo, and similar tools.
- Hands on experience managing social media accounts for a brand (not just personal accounts)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in omnichannel retail
- Background in brand-building or creative direction
