Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, hands-on construction worker who is comfortable working on a wide range of projects. This is not a position for someone who only specializes in one trade. We need a well-rounded individual who can tackle different tasks, solve problems on-site, and consistently produce quality work. The right candidate will be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. Responsibilities Complete residential and commercial renovation projects Perform demolition and project preparation work Install, repair, and finish drywall Complete mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing work Install flooring including vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile Perform interior and exterior painting Install ceramic and porcelain tile Complete framing, blocking, and general carpentry work Install doors, trim, baseboards, hardware, and finishing details Build and strip concrete forms Perform siding repairs and installation Complete minor plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Install cabinets, shelving, and millwork Complete apartment and commercial unit turnovers Carry out full suite renovations from demolition through final finishing Assist with general maintenance and repair projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and clients when required Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices Experience in multiple areas of construction rather than a single trade Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to read a tape measure and follow project instructions Physically capable of performing demanding construction work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Own basic hand tools preferred The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can walk onto a job site, assess what needs to be done, and get to work without constant direction.
