Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently and accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Perform thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify wear, damage, or defects
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services with enthusiasm
- Conduct heavy lifting of tires and related equipment safely to meet operational demands
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times
- Promote additional sales opportunities by recommending appropriate tire products or services to customers
Requirements
- Prior automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and tire maintenance procedures
- Experience with sales or upselling services is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive service industry

Pay: $17.60-$28.00 per hour
