Our top client in the travel and tourism industry is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a 4–5 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of administrative or sales support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a high-performing sales team.
This role is based in downtown Toronto, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Global Sales & Service team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure database integrity
- Run CRM reports and support Sales Directors/Managers with reporting and searches
- Respond to client and partner inquiries on behalf of the sales team
- Coordinate proposals, bid books, and booking notices
- Monitor projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage sales inquiries when Sales Directors/Managers are unavailable
- Coordinate travel arrangements for both the sales team and clients
- Assist with client site visits, tradeshows, sales events, and promotional events
- Liaise with member organizations and internal stakeholders
- Support additional projects and administrative tasks as required
- 1+ years of administrative or sales support experience (sales environment preferred)
- Previous experience using a CRM system is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience creating presentations or supporting proposal documents is an asset
- College or university diploma/degree, preferably in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Please note: This role supports a busy sales team with competing priorities, so flexibility is important. Occasional early mornings or evenings may be required to support client and stakeholder needs.
