Summary
As a Lube Technician, you will be essential in maintaining vehicle performance through oil changes and routine maintenance services. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools to perform repairs efficiently. Your strong customer service skills will enhance client interactions, while your experience in automotive repair and heavy lifting will ensure high-quality service. Additionally, dealership experience and sales skills will further support our goal of delivering exceptional automotive care. Technician Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Removing drain plugs and oil filters
- Installing oil filters and drain plugs
- Recommending services based on preventative maintenance service intervals
- Removing and installing air and cabin filters
- Draining, filling and checking various vehicle fluids
- Use hand tools and compressor tools
- General cleaning and stocking duties
- Customer service duties

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive repair
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintenance tasks
- Previous experience in a dealership or as a mechanic is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus, enhancing customer interactions and service
