Position Summary
The Client Connection Liaison plays a key role in delivering the responsive, relationship-driven service Crewson Insurance is known for. Reporting to the Principal Producer & Manager, this position manages day-to-day client service requests, supports policy administration, and maintains accurate records while ensuring a consistently positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Policy Administration
- Handle inbound client service requests in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
- Write new inbound personal lines house policies.
- Manage client and insurer requests including policy changes, quotations, billing inquiries, and information gathering.
Renewals & Documentation
- Review, process, and prepare renewal and endorsement declarations.
- Requote policies when required to ensure appropriate coverage and competitive pricing.
- Prepare client correspondence and process invoices accurately.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Account Managers to align on client needs and satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries within one business day whenever possible.
File Management & Compliance
- Maintain accurate Broker Management System (BMS) files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, insurer guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Professional Development & Team Support
- Maintain an active RIBO license and adhere to the RIBO Code of Ethics.
- Expand knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
- Support team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Valid RIBO license in good standing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour
