Summary

Responsibilities
' Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to young children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
- Support the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Promote positive behavior management strategies.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French are an asset.
- Knowledge of special education needs and working with children with disabilities preferred.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to child development.
- Certification in early childhood education or related field required.
- Prior classroom experience is highly valued.
