Our Organization Prime Health Ltd. is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries. We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for Quality Assurance (QA) Technician who can contribute in the following activities.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and maintain Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with customers and third-party vendors.

Manage and investigate market complaints and vendor complaints.

Review and approve deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and related quality records.
-
Review batch records released from inventory prior to production release.
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and new guidance documents.
-
Support fraud prevention initiatives and maintain the Fraud Prevention Plan (FPP).

Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, protocols, qualification documents, and quality procedures.

Manage issuance and control of annexures, logbooks, and controlled documents.
-
Review client requirements and quality-related documentation.
-
Review executed batch records and provide quality reports/documentation to clients.

Prepare allergen statements, specifications, declarations, and supporting documentation.

Coordinate and monitor product stability programs.
-
Review and maintain raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) specifications.
-
Verify product labels and packaging compliance.
-
Oversee product disposal and destruction activities according to approved procedures.
-
Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal and external audits.
-
Support regulatory inspections and customer audits.
-
Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Conduct vendor qualification and requalification activities.
-
Maintain approved vendor documentation and quality records.
-
Evaluate supplier performance and quality compliance.
-
Support HACCP program implementation and maintenance.
-
Coordinate pest control activities and documentation.
-
Maintain facility layouts, lists, and quality records as required.

Maintain the Site Master File and quality management system documentation.

Support Regulatory Affairs requirements and implementation of new regulatory guidance.

Ensure documentation compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.

Conduct employee quality training and refresher programs.
-
Maintain training records and competency assessments.
-
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and compliance.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or related regulated industries.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with deviations, change controls, CAPA, supplier qualification, and document control.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.

Internal Auditor certification or relevant quality certifications.
-
Knowledge of food safety, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical regulations.
