Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Caretaker/Maintenance professional. This role involves performing routine building maintenance, including cleaning and lawn care. The ideal candidate will possess good mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Execute , electrical repairs, and mechanical tasks as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and safety protocols
- Ensure facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards through routine checks and corrective actions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility concerns promptly and professionally
Experience
- Skilled in, electrical work, mechanical repairs, and general facilities maintenance
- Good knowledge of safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Mechanical knowledge combined with customer service orientation to support operational needs
This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
The Candidate must be available to communicate promptly with the office at all times
Pay: $2,500.00-$3,000.00 per month
