Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a client base in Grande Prairie
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process
- Work with multiple lenders to secure the best rates
- Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Valid Alberta mortgage broker license (RECA) required OR willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in sales, real estate, or financial services preferred
- Knowledge of Grande Prairie market is an asset
