● Now Hiring: Bookkeeper/Office Administrator (Maternity Relief Position)
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things organized, and enjoys helping people?
What You’ll Do:
● Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors as a front line representative.
● Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
● Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and remittances using QuickBooks
● Handle bookkeeping tasks including bank deposits, reconciliations and financial record keeping.
● Assist with customer collections for past-due accounts
● Maintain accurate records, filing system, and office supplies
● Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
● Support Project Managers with scheduling, communications and coordination with vendors and clients
What We’re Looking For:
● Minimum 2 years experience in an office administrative or office support role.
● Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
● Proficiency with QuickBooks and common office software (Word, Excel, email systems)
● A positive attitude and professional demeanor
● Experience with Exactimate and Encircle an asset but not a requirement
