If finish carpentry is your craft, we want to talk. Minke Contracting — the build arm of modular home builder Acadia York Homes — is hiring a Red Seal Carpenter focused on finish work: trim, doors, stairs, and millwork. A portion of the role also involves finish carpentry and related repairs across our company-owned properties.
What you'll do:
- Install interior trim, doors, stairs, and cabinetry to a clean, tight finish
- Complete finish carpentry at module marriage lines, plus repairs across company-owned properties
- Sign off completion checklists to the company standard before handover
- Mentor and develop workers toward higher skill levels and Red Seal certification
What you need:
- Red Seal / NB Certificate of Qualification as a Carpenter
- Proven finish-carpentry experience — tight joints, level lines
- Strong plan-reading and layout skills
- Ability and willingness to mentor and train less-experienced crew
- Valid NB driver's licence and reliable transportation
