Job Description
The Warehouse & Production Associate supports manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping operations by assembling electronic and electrical products and preparing orders for shipping. This role requires experience in electrical/electronic assembly and the ability to work across production and logistics environments.

Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and inspect electronic products, fixtures, and components
- Perform soldering, wiring, and basic circuit work (AC/DC systems)
- Read and follow work orders and technical documentation
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely
- Conduct quality control checks and report issues
- Support inventory tracking using ERP systems
- Record production time and progress
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production flow, staging, and material organization
- Assist with scheduling and material readiness
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient work areas
- Process returns and support shipping/receiving tasks
- Assist with space optimization and workflow efficiency
- Participate in special projects and R&D as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing
- Strong skills with hand tools and low-voltage electrical systems
- Experience in production planning is an asset
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Physically able to handle materials safely
- Valid Forklift licence is required
- College diploma is an asset
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
