Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated lawn maintenance labourers to join our team. As a crew member, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance and occasional construction. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Build and maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
