We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient food preparation, attentive service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Manage cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and handling cash securely
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with food handling, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
- Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic kitchen experience or food industry knowledge is beneficial
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with flexible availability
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
