Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Journeyman / Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwork, woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves crafting high-quality cabinets, performing installations, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with other team members to complete projects on time while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Construct cabinets using various materials, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Perform cabinet installations in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, and assembling components.
- Engage in restoration projects to refurbish existing cabinetry.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople for tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct construction estimating for project planning and budgeting purposes.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during the assembly and installation processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Familiarity with various construction methods including cabinet installation, concrete forming, roofing, siding, caulking, and masonry is preferred.
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; maintenance person experience is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in assembly and finishing work.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours.

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
