Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support our daily order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle products carefully and efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Fulfillment / Pick & Pack
- Accurately pick and pack label, ink, printer, and supply orders.
- Verify order details to ensure the correct products and quantities are shipped.
- Weigh cartons, apply shipping labels, and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Input shipping information into shipping software such as ShipStation.
- Ensure orders are packed neatly, safely, and on time.
- Communicate any order issues, shortages, or shipping concerns to the supervisor.
2. Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming shipments and verify items against packing slips or purchase orders.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies upon arrival.
- Label, organize, and place inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Prepare outbound shipments for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, and others.
- Assist with returns, transfers, and general shipping-related tasks as required.
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse area.
- Place manufactured labels and inventory on designated shelves.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use warehouse management systems to monitor inventory levels, track orders, and manage transfers or purchase orders.
- Report low stock, misplaced inventory, or inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.
4. Other Duties
- Assist with general production, fulfillment, and warehouse support tasks as needed.
- Help keep the workspace organized and efficient.
- Follow company procedures for accuracy, safety, and quality control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience with shipping software such as ShipStation is an asset.
- Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read product labels, packing slips, order details, and inventory locations accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
