Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Handle complaints or escalated issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Be able to ring in customers on point of sale in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
