We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Marketing Manager who shares our love for the construction industry, architecture, and beautiful homes to join our growing team!

As our Marketing Manager, you will be the face and voice of our brand out in the field. You will capture the heartbeat of our projects by visiting active construction sites, filming our talented crew in action, and producing captivating, short educational videos. Beyond digital content creation, you will manage our brand's traditional and digital footprint, while keeping external marketing agencies fully accountable to our growth goals.
- Content Creation & Videography: Travel to active construction job sites to film our workers, capture dramatic before-and-after transformations, and produce engaging short videos and educational pieces.
- Flyer Preparation & Distribution: Assist with the design, ordering, and strategic distribution coordination of our physical neighborhood marketing campaigns, including Pre-Design cards, Pre-Con flyers, and Post-Con door hangers.
- Growth & Innovation: Proactively seek out, research, and execute new, innovative ways of advertising and marketing Sosna to our specific target audience of affluent homeowners.
- Social Media & Profile Management: Confidently create, schedule, and publish content across our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and platforms like Houzz and Google My Business.
- Networking & Event Representation: Enthusiastically participate in industry networking events, socialize to build local relationships, and represent Sosna at weekend home show events when required.
- Agency & Partner Accountability: Oversee and manage our external marketing vendors-such as our SEO agency (GrowMe)-ensuring they hit benchmarks and remain accountable for their deliverables.
- Asset Management: Help manage website updates, blog posts, and organize professional photography/client testimonial videos in compliance with our internal guidelines.
- Naturally Sociable & Energetic: You love talking to people, build rapport instantly, and possess an infectious, positive attitude that excites others.
- Camera-Confident: You are entirely at ease presenting on camera and possess strong practical skills in shooting and editing video content.
- Passionate About Design: You have a genuine, deep-seated interest in the construction industry, luxury renovations, architecture, and beautiful homes.
- Driven & Proactive: You don't just follow a checklist; you constantly look for gaps, propose new creative avenues, and take ownership of results.
- Proven experience in mobile video shooting and video editing.
- Strong familiarity with social media content strategies and community management.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and a reliable personal vehicle to drive to different job sites and weekend events.
- Reside within a 35 km radius from our office in Vaughan
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage external vendors effectively.
- Flexibility to participate in weekend home show events as necessary.
- Familiarity with current AI tools and a strong interest in staying updated on the latest technology trends and advances.
