Infant Educator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a passionate Infant Educator who values connection, observation, and thoughtful care.

Responsibilities
Provide warm, responsive, and respectful care for infants.
Foster secure relationships that support each child's well-being, development, and sense of belonging.
Create inviting learning environments using thoughtful materials and experiences.
Observe children's interests and plan meaningful experiences based on their development and curiosity.
Document children's learning and participate in reflective practice.
Build positive and respectful partnerships with families.
Collaborate with educators to create a supportive classroom environment.
Follow Alberta licensing regulations and centre policies.
Qualifications
Alberta ECE Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Previous infant room experience is an asset
