Tint Express is looking for an independent, results-driven individual who can confidently manage our Waterloo store while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
✅ Handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries
✅ Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
✅ Manage day-to-day store operations independently
✅ Coordinate with technicians and ensure smooth workflow
✅ Upsell services including Window Tint, PPF, Ceramic Coating, Dashcams & Accessories
✅ Maintain customer records, appointments, and follow-ups
✅ Keep the showroom organized and professional
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has previous sales or retail experience (Preferred)
✔ Is confident communicating with customers in person and over the phone
✔ Can work independently and take ownership of the store
✔ Has strong leadership and organizational skills
✔ Is goal-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with the company
✔ Has a valid driver's licence (preferred)
