22 Automotive Service Advisor
22 Automotive is an established automotive repair facility in Milverton, Ontario, featuring 6 service bays for all your automotive needs. At 22 Automotive, we have the highest quality equipment to efficiently and effectively diagnose and repair cars, trucks, SUVs or utility trailers. Some of the many services we provide are fleet service, A/C repair, alignments, safety inspections, general repairs, tires and wheels.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer excellent service from intake to release of their vehicles
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
- Order necessary parts from suppliers and ensure they are delivered to appropriate technician
- Ensure that automotive work provided to customer meets company quality standards
- Invoice and collect payment from customer for services rendered
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer database
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a service advisor. Must have working knowledge of automotive products, repairs and parts, as well as adequate experience using computer programs including database tools. Education in automotive field considered an asset. 22 Automotive is looking for an individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders
- Organizational skill including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Continuing education and knowledge acquisition on the function and repair of newer vehicles
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
- Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customer who may only have basic automotive knowledge
- Able to work well as a team and take responsibility for individual position
- Dependable, reliable and responsible
Wage negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
