Melrose Window Coverings is currently looking for an experienced full-time Blind & Curtain Installer to join our growing team in Montreal.
We are a fast-growing window covering company specializing in custom blinds, shades, drapery, motorized systems, and smart home solutions for residential and commercial projects across Quebec and Ontario.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4+ years experience installing blinds, shades, curtains, and drapery
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Experience with motorized blinds and curtains is an asset
- Ability to measure, troubleshoot, and complete clean professional installations
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism with customers
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be punctual, organized, and reliable
Job Responsibilities:
- Install blinds, roller shades, zebra blinds, curtains, drapery tracks, and motorized systems
- Ensure clean, accurate, and professional installations
- Communicate professionally with customers on site
- Load/unload materials and manage installation tools/equipment
- Troubleshoot installation challenges when needed
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
