Industrial Painter – Bridges & Structural Steel

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. This is a full time position, working Monday to Thursday, 6AM to 4:30PM, closed on Friday’s unless overtime is offered. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying protective coatings and industrial paint systems to bridges, structural steel, and related infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Surface preparation including grinding, power washing, and cleaning.
- Apply industrial coatings, primers, and finish coats to structural steel and bridge components.
- Read and follow coating specifications and project requirements.
- Inspect surfaces and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate painting and coating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Qualifications
- Preferred 3–5 years of industrial painting experience
- Experience with airless spray systems and industrial coating applications.
- Knowledge of surface preparation standards and coating systems.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
