Driver Helper – Immediate Start (Short-Term Assignment)
Location: Fredericton, NB
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Starting at 5:00 AM | 10+ hour shifts
Duration: A few weeks (short-term assignment)
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Driver Helpers for a short-term assignment lasting a few weeks, with immediate start available. In this role, you will assist drivers with deliveries, loading and unloading products, and ensuring efficient and timely service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver with daily delivery routes
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Carry products into customer locations as required
- Verify delivery items and assist with paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service on delivery routes
Requirements:
- Able to start work at 5:00 AM consistently
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items and working long shifts (10+ hours)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience is an asset, but not required
