Job Description:
Super Moghrabi Bro’s. Contracting Inc. is seeking experienced, quality-driven Subcontractors and Skilled Trade Leads for upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.
We run an efficient, hands-on general contracting model. The General Contractor/Owner works directly on-site alongside you as a helper and skilled laborer. Having dedicated site support means faster staging, extra hands for heavy lifting, and direct line-of-site coordination to help you complete your work smoothly and without friction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply main trade tools, equipment, and expertise to execute agreed scopes (e.g., framing, tiling, drywall/taping, structural modifications, or finish carpentry).
- Work collaboratively on-site with our GC labor team to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all trade work strictly complies with municipal and Ontario Building Codes.
- Maintain a tidy workspace and manage daily job-site cleanup with helper support.
- Adhere to basic job-site safety standards and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven hands-on trade experience (portfolio or site photos required).
- Tools & Transport: Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and core trade tools.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to hit agreed completion timelines.
- Agreement Sign-off: Must be willing to sign a standard fixed-price Subcontractor Agreement and provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on labor provided.
